    XA2096N "Digial CCD Camera Head Amplifier"
      - The CXA2096N is a bipolar IC developed as a head amplier for digital CCD cameras.
        This IC provides the following functions: 
          a. correlated double sampling
          b. AGC for the CCD signal
          c. A/D sample and hold, blanking, A/D reference voltage
          d. Oupput driver.

     

      Features
        - High sensitivity made possible by a high-gain AGC amplier.
        - Blanking function provided for the purpose of calibrating the CCD output singal black

           level.
        - Regulator output pin provided for A/D converter reference voltage.
        - Built-in sample-and-hold circuits for camera signals required by external A/D converters.

     

     

    CXD2494R "CCD Camera Timing Controller"
      - This Chip is a timing control IC for digital cameras.

     

      Features
        - Supports NTSC and PAL TV standards
        - Built-in vertical and horizontal clock drivers
        - Generates the system clock for a signal processor IC
        - High-speed electronic shutter function(shutter speed: 1/60 to 1/100,000s)
        - Low-speed shutter function

    CXD3172AR/CXD3182AR/CXD3150AR/CXD3150AR
      - This Chip is a signal processor LSI for Ye, Cy, Mg, and G single CCD color cameras.
         In addition to basic camera signal processing functions, it includes an AE/AWB detection

         circuit, a sync signal generation circuit and an external sync circuit, etc(엨세트라).


        This chip also has a built-in microcontroller to realize basic camera functions such as

       AE/AWB without an external microcomputer.

        - Supports vertical double density interline CCD image sensors
        - Master clock(MCKD) input
          NTSC: 28.63636MHz
          PAL : 28.375MHz
        - Built-in data integrating circuit for control

      - The CXD3160R is a memroy controller with built-in DRAM for CCD camera.

    CXD3310R "10-bit, 36Msps CCD Signal Processor"
      - The CXD3310R processes (correlated double sampling, programmable gain amplifier) the

        signals output from a CCD image sensor and performs conversion from analog signals to

        digital signals.

    IXC212BK "Diagonal 6mm(Type 1/3) CCD Image Sensor for NTSC Color Video Cameras"
      - This Chip is an interline CCD solid-state image sensor suitable for NTSC color video

         cameras. Compared with the current product ICX212AK, sensitivity and smear are improved

         drastically,


        This chip has a structure which supports progressive scan and provides the ouput block 
        which operates in 28MHz rate, enabling output of the signal equivalent to the entire pixel 

        counts independently in 1/60 seconds.   

     

        This chip features an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time. By using those,

        non-interlaced progressive scan which supports moving picture and two types of signals 
        which have different charge-storge time in the same field of interlace field can be output. 
        Ye, Cy, Mg and G compplementary color mosaic filter, superior to light resistance, is

        adopted for color filter.
      
      Features  
        - Vertical register double-density structure, double-speed(28Mhz) drive possible

          (+2dB at F5.6, +3dB at F1.2 compared with ICX212AK)

    CDS "Correlated Double Sampling"
      - Correlated Double Sampling is a valuable technique to reduce noise in CCD output signals. 
        For applications that warrant the relatively high circuit complexity, and where noise and

        dynamic range are critical, implementation of CDS should be seriouly considered.
